What is the Marijuana March?
The Marijuana March is a traditional political rally of the Ljubljana School of Economics, which draws attention to the social, economic and health problems resulting from the prohibition of cannabis as the dominant form of regulation in the field of illicit drugs. The march aims to educate, inform and protest against nonsensical cannabis policies.
The Marijuana March traditionally takes place in Congress Square in Zvezda Park, where a crowd of supporters is mobilised to underline that there is a public interest and that the idea has great social weight.
